So I did a pass on that old wiki page I was using to capture and
prioritize all the calendar dogfood bugs for the first few months of
0.6 and marked everything that was fixed, scheduled etc. There are
only a couple of high priority items that aren't fixed and those are
scheduled for Alpha5 or Alpha6.
