Yes, that is possible, but it doesn't address the problem I am referring to - if anything it makes it worse.

My point is that the the frame of reference in which the CC views the calendar shouldn't depend on the whim of the orignal creator of the calendar - regardless of if they are a Chandler user or a Cosmo user.
