for what it's worth, evolution and sunbird both use the terms webcal
and/or caldav. i suspect ical will use them both as well.
Personally, I feel more comfortable with CalDAV, but I'm not really
sure what will make sense to people - I guess we'll find out from
user feedback if it's clear enough.

also, don't forget about the permalink! altho i think that is more
appropriate on the collection page itself, not the details dialog.
That makes sense to me, since it is the bookmarkable URL from the CC
feature -- seems like that permalink would probably be labelled,
"Bookmark this collection" or something like that.
