I'm a little lost now. My understanding is accurately described by
Grant. I was simply adding some scenarios where items would get
automatically moved to the top of the NOW section, but wouldn't have
their 'unpurged triage status' changed as a result. Does that make
sense?

I don't. My understanding is the same as yours as far as how the
Triage button works but since Mimi doesn't talk about it in her
outlined scenarios, I'm not sure that that's what she has in mind
and wanted to have confirmation from her.
