Since Mimi is out today and I just couldn't get organized in time
(holiday yesterday), we are going to defer this week's design session
until next tuesday. Next Tuesday Feb 27th, we will go over the
current conflict resolution proposal and figure out if there are any
unresolved issues. In preparation, I will start summarizing some of
the list discussions this week.
