unless the user has configured one, which, as I understand it,
isn't required for sharing.
Bryan, once we have exhausted this thread, I will do another write-up
to summarize the behavior again. Yes, until we have contacts, we will
use EITHER the email address or the default sharing account name as
the byline name depending on the type of item you are creating/editing.
