So I went to put together today's agenda and it seemed like there
weren't many next actions for this week. We resolved a number of
issues last week, making great progress. I am proposing we cancel
until next week since I am sure everyone is pretty busy. In the
meantime, here are some next actions we are tracking. If you are
point on any of these, feel free to respond to the list with an
updated status.
+ Position statements
+ Status: Various people were to write position statements. Need to
define next steps in exercise.
+ Logo work -
+ Status: We are still on track to present something to Ops in a
week or two.
+ Sheila and Jared still need to work out the proper dates for the
hosted service deliverables now that we have adjusted the schedule.
+ Status: Meet during Thurs 1:1 to do this.
+ Inventory of non-code documentation -
+ Status: Sheila will get this out this week.
+ Inventory of code related branding changes
+ Status: Sheila will also get this posted this week.
+ Terms of service
+ Status: Draft sent to list for review and comments.
+ Landing page design
+ Status: On hold for further design until logo work is complete.
+ Wiki reorg - all owners need to review before next week.
+ Status: Planning - Sheila, Cosmo areas - Priss, Bear/Aparna/Jared
- hosted service, QA, builds.
+ Draft trademark policy
+ Status: Pieter to follow-up with email to the list.
+ Trademark
+ Status: Pieter posted update to the list for comments. Pieter also
following up with the lawyer.
+ Domain name
+ Status: Decided on www.chandlerproject.org - Sheila working with
Jared to figure out the next steps.
+ Dogfooders
+ Status: Katie to send an email that frames this goal.
As per the staff meeting, the timeline and gantt chart have been
updated. The Cosmo dates are still tentative but I need some more
time with Priscilla and Ted to plan out the timeline for Cosmo 0.7. I
will also add in the new hosted service deliverable dates after I
meet with Jared on Thurs during our 1:1.
