yes they do. "file sharing" doesn't work any differently than sharing
a calendar with caldav or morse code. in fact, when you publish a
calendar from ical to cosmo, you are using "file sharing".

they are treated exactly in the same way as calendars and other items
shared from chandler. in other words, you need to eithero be logged in
as the owner of the item or present a ticket.
