I have also made a few updates to the timeline reflecting the desktop
feature freeze deliverable yesterday. Highlights....

+ The desktop folks are now focussing on performance work for the
next 3 weeks.
+ Now that all the features are in place, the PPD team will be doing
a once-over to isolate any design issues we may need to address
during the bug fix phase.
+ In parallel we are working on version 0.6.1 of the server (Cosmo)
with 3 weeks of QA (1 week of developer integration followed by 2
weeks of formal QA). I have adjusted the 0.6.1 release dates
accordingly (based on desktop feature freeze) and with all the QA,
updates to osaf.us we are currently looking at a release date of May
8th.
+ I have not updated any of the final release dates. I assume that
post-performance work we will once again review the bugs targeted for
Preview (after a lot of triaging) and re-evaluate if our dates are
realistic.

The gantt chart has been a hassle to maintain so I thought this
perhaps would be a good enough visual representation. If you go to
the dashboard you can see the milestones that are DONE vs NOW (In
progress) vs LATER (upcoming). On the calendar, some of the
milestones are marked as a duration (multi-day events) and some are
simply deliverables on the main calendar. I wanted to take this
opportunity to help dogfood Cosmo so I was experimenting with all the
various event types (found a couple of bugs already).
