[Design] Specifying the default sharing account

One feature that was removed which I really miss is the ability so  
specify a particular sharing account as the default account -- i.e.,  
the one that is automatically selected in the "publish" dialog.  From  
what I read in the #cosmo channel yesterday I'm not alone.  Any  
chance we can have that feature put back in?
