I think that we are working under different ideas about the priority
of timezone. If timezone stuff is more important than the dashboard,
then we should be pulling Bobby off of dashboard work (thereby
blocking Travis and Matthew) in order to do the timezone stuff
first. It has never been my understanding that finishing timezone is
more important than the dashboard.
