Let's clarify on what we're talking about. Each collection has a
dashboard view and there is an additional view, which I will call the
'all dashboard'. The 'all dashboard' is not part of any one
collection but shows every item across all collections. Except when:
+ a user chooses to exclude a specific collection from the 'all
dashboard'.
The 0.7 release does not include building the 'all dashboard'. We
just show dashboard view for whatever collection is selected.

Or on the Cosmo UI does it mean that we will allow a "Dashboard
View" on any one collection at a time for the time being and not
have any of this "keep out of my dashboard" stuff?
I am thinking it's the latter, but I just want to clear it with you
guys because it's not specifically mentioned in the "what's
missing" section of the SimplifiedDashboard Strawman Proposal.
