Well, no, not a bug -- it truly is a feature: it's the "obfuscated" dump file mechanism that replaces all text with "Lorem ipsum..." (so that we can collect sample data for performance testing without people needing to reveal their personal information). The problem I suspect is that somebody at some point dragged a couple of these events into the office calendar, and everyone that then synced got those events in their copy of the calendar. Presumably someone exported their data to a .chex file and is using that file to reload occasionally, bringing those events back into the office calendar.
