Month View for Desktop and Web applications and Overlays for the Web
has come up in several feedback threads on both the design and users
lists. I just wanted to send out a note of reassurance that they are
definitely on the short list of feature enhancements to be
implemented as soon as possible.
Preview was in many ways about getting out a first pass at Chandler's
more difficult and experimental functionality (Sharing and Conflict
Resolution, Triage, Stamping, Editing and Updating Emails). Now that
we have a 'there' there, it is definitely high time to fill out
Chandler with the basic features we all need and expect of a robust
calendar and task management application.
In other words, the absence of month view (and overlays in the web
app) is by no means the result of a disregard for these workflows. So
rest assured, they're coming soon!
