We are still working through the wording of the wording for the
'Reload' dialog. We've narrowed down our concerns to be primarily
around not leaving the user paralyzed by fear of making the wrong
decision and deleting all their data.

figure out how ticketed PIM URLs and non-ticketed MC URLs should be
