This should be targeted for 0.7.2. It was moved to 0.7.future during the
mass migration of the leftover 0.7.1 bugs to 0.7.future.

Is this still a bug? I don't see this happening anymore and I
dump/reload every day.

The only case where I see this is the shared office calendar which is
being updated by many. I don't see this problem with the shared QA
calendar which gets updated by only a few of us, mostly me. I still
don't know why that's the case.

Here's an old bug referring the same case, marked INVALID because we
stopped seeing it after a while.
