Here is a proposal for a multi-tabbed Collection Details dialog that attempts to address a variety of issues including:

1. Confusion around how the [Change Name] button works. http:// bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10060

2. Confusion around which URLs to use for subscribing to collections versus sharing collections out to others. https:// bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8509

+ We should stop telling people to use the /mc/ URL to "Subscribe with Chandler Desktop". Instead, we should just have them fill out their account information in the Desktop client and sync collections. This depends on the Desktop implementing keeping subscriptions in sync: https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10983

+ The "Share" tab depends on Cosmo moving to a model where it automatically creates 2 tickets per collection: https:// bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11320

This dialog works in conjunction with the collection context menu described here: https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11343
