Hi Jared,

Currently, the proposal is to provide separate instructions for iCal 2.x and iCal 3.x

So this seems like another good reason to go with that design?

As an annoying twist, it's worth mentioning that technically, the iCal 2.x and iCal 3.x URLs are different. They are both webcal URLs, but on Hub, iCal 3.x supports SSL webcal while iCal 2.x does not. So technically, one has "https://hub..."; while the other has "http://hub...";.

Technically, we can use just the HTTP version for both. But it'd be nice to encourage SSL where possible, and iCal 3.x webcal is one place where it does work.
