I made a blog post with the screencast and the python mailman stuff as promised :) Unfortunately i haven't enough RAM to load and display the .gif, it starts swapping as hell and OOM-killer goes mad :) Kevin, i hope i could link the stuff, otherwise i'll take a private copy on my webserver.
