Can you please attatch a complete syslog/kern.log from the shutdown. And no,
this bug is not critical, critical bugs are bugs that affect a lot of people and
are serious misbehaviours. This bug so far affects only one person. It does not
make the bug less annoying for you, and I really hope someone can fix it. The
complete logs may help in finding what's wrong.
