In a fresh install of Dapper Flight 2, if I add or remove a keyboard layout in
gnome-keyboard-properties, for a brief instant (2-3 seconds), the theme will
switch from the default Human theme to a different one (menu bar is blue, widget
look different). Then the theme will switch back to the default theme.
