Thanks for your bug. This upload fixes the issue:
nautilus (2.13.3-0ubuntu4) dapper; urgency=low
.
* debian/nautilus-data.install:
- install the "application/x-gnome-saved-search" mimetype definition
(Ubuntu: #21225)
I've installed the .xml to the -data package and calling update-mime-database is
not useful, cdbs/dh_installmime do that automagically.
