------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2005-12-18 19:01 UTC ------- OK, I found it. For anyone elses's edification who might need this info, here is how you do it. Open a nautilus browser window (places>home for example will work). Then click on edit>preferences. Click the preview tab and under Other previewable files set the drop down next to "Only for files smaller than:" to the size you want. It takes effect immediately. When I looked in the configuration editor, it makes the change there as well. For example, I set 10 meg for the thumbnail size in browser preferences and the setting in configuration editor changed to 10485760. My thanks to Sebastien Bacher for the clue I needed to find the easier way to do this.
