- can't disable "automatic" or "timed" log-in features. (Ubuntu: #21139)
* debian/control:
- build Build-Depends on libgtk2.0-dev.
* debian/rules:
- build with --with-prefetch=yes
* debian/patches/02_default_config.patch:
- updated.
- removed last remaining bit of SecureSystemMenu.
