Thanks for your bug.
gstreamer-properties has not been ported to gstreamer0.10, it changes the
gstreamer0.8 settings, no wonder it doesn't make a difference :) To change them
you need to change /system/gstreamer/0.10/default/videosink with gconf-editor.
Could you try with ximagesink?
