I've applied the David's patch to rotate and save images losslessly using [ and
] (works in fullscreen mode too).
Rotate commands are on the toolbar now, so I don't think adding them in the
context menu is needed anymore.
With these changes I think this bug can be considered fixed, feel free to
reopen it if you don't think so.
