Description:
When switching between workspaces, the desktop occasionally freezes for
a second or 2, leaving everything in a half-drawn state (window outlines
are drawn, but the contents are grey).
While frozen, the mouse is still responsive (I think, its tricky to test
properly).
After a small delay, everything returns to normal and the windows finish
drawing themselves.
This is running Dapper. I can't reproduce this in Breezy.
