Description:
Create a new user on ubuntu dapper. Login as the new user and click
system > preferences > keyboard > layout
The text is not visible. You can only see the arrows pointing right.
Only when you click an arrow, the text appears ("Adding the euro sign,
Alt/Win key behavior, etc).
