Description:
The new logout dialog is a bit broken w.r.t. focus stealing prevention.
If you make it appear once, and cancel it, then the next time you make
it appear (I am getting it via a button on my keyboard which is mapped
to logout via the keyboard shortcuts control centre dialog) it will not
be raised, and will be flashing in the window selector list.
