Thanks for the report.
Could you provide some more information about the problem, please? In what way
doesn't it see the disc properly? Are CDs, DVD-RWs, DVD+Rs etc shown correctly?
Does this cause any problems when trying to write to the disc, or read from an
existing disc? What burning software have you tried? What DVD writer drive do
you have?
Also, please do not set the severity field to critical unless it is a VERY
major problem you are reporting. For appropriate settings, take a look at the
