I can confirm this for nautilus 2.12.1-0ubuntu1.1 on Breezy.
Right-clicking the device in the sidebar or within the folder itself does not
bring up a context menu with an unmount option, as it does in computer:///. The
'Properties' window is that of a standard directory, and not a special media
location.
It seems that in browser mode, the device is actually treated as a directory in
/media, and not as a volume in computer:///, which would allow
unmounting/viewing of volume properties.
