Thanks for your bug triage work Dean.
The "remote bug" feature is made to automatically update bugs when they change
(the feature is not implemented yet). Upstream tasks should point to upstream
bug so, but distribution bugs should not since we want to close them when the
fix is uploaded and not when upstream mark it as fixed for them
