* Synchronize to Debian to get bug fixes.
- Fix ZIP drive deadlock. (Malone #29822)
* Remove debian/patches/z_autoconf.patch: Not necessary any more, Debian's
01_hal_privsep.patch already contains autoconf changes.
* Cleaned up names of ubuntu patches.
* Adapt ubuntu specific patches to apply again.
