Description:
I switched to dapper from breezy, and when I did an apt-get upgrade,
following an apt-get update, gnome-session-2.13.90-ubuntu2 was
installed. However, it did not require gnome-panel, so it took me a bit
of time to figure out that the panel wasn't working as the old version
had not been upgraded.
