Description:
After an upgrade from Breezy to Dapper, all xchat preferences (i.e.,
channels I log into regularly, identity/nick, etc) were lost. Upon
invoking xchat for the first time after upgrade, I got the "since this
is the first time you have used xchat,..." set up stuff.
Seems to me that we should remember user configs/preferences through an
upgrade.
