Comment: I don't know the version of the control center. I can't check it right now. I downloaded the live CD today from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/dapper/flight-4/dapper-live-i386.iso.torrent. I guess all flight-4 CDs have the same control center... The background applet didn't do instant apply.
