Comment: You can get a debug i386 binary from http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/gdm_2.13.0.8-0ubuntu1_i386.deb, install it with "sudo dpkg -i http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/gdm_2.13.0.8-0ubuntu1_i386.deb"; or clicking on it if you have the gdebi package installed.
