Description:
Selecting 'Bug Report Tool' from Applications->System Tools sends the
user to http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com.
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+bugs is now more appropriate?
bug-buddy version: 2.13.0-0ubuntu1 (Ubuntu Dapper Flight 4)
