Description:
On Dapper, after an upgrade from Breezy.
When logging out, gnome-panel doesn't exit properly. You can still see it in
the processes list after logging out from GNOME.
Whe logging in again, gnome-panel displays a message saying another instance of
gnome-panel is already running; it then tries to restart itself but fails to do
it properly.
