Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
1. Both the bars on top and bottom of the screen disappear when I switch
between the workspaces,
2. The cube effect *never* works anymore - saw it only once before the system
crashed the first time due to this,
3. Without the task bar, I can't do anything (launch tools, switch workspaces
etc.) except pressing the power button, and
4. Occasionally all windows disappear and no hotkeys work either.
