Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
gnome-system-monitor displays all processes as 0% CPU even when under a
load of 3.31, 2.85, 1.91.
This appears when selecting "Active Processes" and "My Processes".
gnome-system-monitor is correct when displaying "All Processes".
