Hum. Evolution can use spelling -- I guess this seems like what you want
(spelling is not quite the same as a dictionary). If this is it, then
you need gnome-spell, plus aspell, plus whatever aspell-<language>s as
you need.
For example, I have it for French, English, and Portuguese.
Of course, I may have gotten it completely wrong, and you really want
dictionaries.
