Binary package hint: compiz
After initializing Ubuntu-Desktop-Effects from System menu, clicking and
dragging window title bars did nothing, nor did clicking the icon in top
left corner and choosing 'Move'. The window stays in one spot. That
applied to any open window. Using latest Gutsy unstable and compiz
0.5.1+git20070712-0ubuntu4 on Intel x3000 with Intel 2.1.0-1ubuntu1
driver installed.
