In a clean, fresh install of Gutsy Tribe 3, with desktop effects enabled
(default on my laptop), clicking a window to give it focus doesn't raise
it above windows. For example, if one firefox window is partially
obscured by another firefox window, clicking it gives it focus (you can
type in it, scroll with the mouse wheel) but it's still obscured.
The same is true with other programs too, not just firefox.
You have to click the title bar of the program in order to see the whole
window. Sometimes this is quite hard.
