Binary package hint: sound-juicer
I tried to use this preset (created with gnome-audio-profiles-
properties):
audio/x-raw-float,rate=44100,channels=2 ! vorbisenc name=enc quality=10
! oggmux
I noticed that the size of the produced file didn't change when changing the
quality of the encoding.
I launched sound-juicer through a console an it says:
(sound-juicer:7146): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "10,000000" of type
`gfloat' is invalid or out of range for property `quality' of type
`gfloat'
I found nothing suspicious in the profile's keys in gconf
