Binary package hint: totem
There are truncated string in the UI of totem 's preferences.
If I start totem from terminal, I saw following errors:

and when opening preferences, I have

it seems to be ubuntu specific after discussion with the upstream
maintainer (see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461945)
