Binary package hint: gnome-keyring-manager
My keyring on default install herd 4 on Lenovo x60 Tablet:
Prompts for wireless wpa password everytime and after the keyring pops
up with original screen asking to set up a keyring password. I enter a
keyring master password every time and next reboot will ask again.
