I have just upgraded to gutsy and after my first login restricted
manager ballon warning informed me about the possibility to enable
restricted driver support.
The problem is that balloon appeared/disappeared onscreen before the
panel was ready and before the notification area on that panel was ready
and was thus only flying in the space.
I have noticed the same for network manager applet, when I'm associated,
the balloon info appears before the network manager is ready in a
notification area and is thus hard to associate with anything.
