You have been subscribed to a public bug:
On login, nm-applet asks to open the gnome keyring, prompting for a
password. I deny it, since I don't have that password stored in my
keyring.
Then it prompts for my WPA password. I enter it.
At that point it will *sometimes* request the keyring password again.
It should only ask for the keyring password once, and ideally it should
not ask at all since the WPA password isn't stored there.
