Binary package hint: gnome-panel
bottom panel intermittently missing on login - about 50% of the time -
have to reboot to clean it up (i.e. to get it back).
Using Gnome Panel 2.18.1....
with Beryl 0.2.1dfsg+git20070318-0ubuntu2 and Emerald...
